Indian Clymer Indian Enfield Interceptor 1970 Clymer Indian Royal Enfield Interceptor 750 RareNorth Weymouth, Massachusetts MA - You are bidding on a rare Floyd Clymer Indian Enfield Interceptor 750. I bought the bike at an estate sale over the weekend. It has been sitting inside for many years. Matching frame and engine numbers. I am not too familiar with this model, but I found some information on it. The bike is in original condition. It is missing the top end, exhaust, headlight and side covers. Seat is original. Brakes work. Bike shifts fine. Bottom end is in good condition. Pistons and crank shaft move smoothly. I would say the tank is in excellent condition with the exception of the paint. Tank has no dents. Very solid. Fairly clean inside, just surface rust. The engine serial number 1B2442X. Gear box number is BG524. Frame number is 2442. Will be sold with a bill of sale. Odometer reads 10,685 miles. Everything is straight, frame and front end. I looked it over very carefully and there are no signs of it ever being in an accident. The parts that are missing were removed years ago and unfortunately were lost in a move. I wish I knew more history on this very rare bike. See many pictures below. There is one of these same bikes in the Barber Museum. The Indian Enfield Interceptor chassis was designed and built in Bologna Italy by Leo ...Click Here To Read More ....
